C.O.D. ALL UNITS
Drop Ship or Dealer-Delivered Units: Vehicles ordered by a dealer for shipment to Quigley Motor Company (QMCI). The dealer is responsible for final delivery to the dealership or customer from the QMCI facility. C.O.D. on dealer pick-up or delivery back to the dealer.
Dealer Ship-Thru: Vehicles are ordered by dealer for shipment to Quigley Motor Company. QMCI then re-enters the vehicle into the factory freight system for final delivery to the dealership or dealership customer. Customer must have a valid Ford ship-to code. C.O.D, prior to releasing the units into the factory freight system

F.O.B. Manchester, PA.
Delivery
Actual conversion time per 4-wheel drive unit is (1) week. Vehicles are not scheduled prior to their arrival at Quigley Motor Company's facility. Units, upon their arrival, will be scheduled in the next available time slot. All units are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis. All efforts will be made to complete vehicles within 30 days but lead times during the year may extend beyond the 30 days. QMCI makes no guarantee as to a completion date. Quigley Motor Company assumes no responsibility for any interest charges that may be incurred during the vehicle's pause at Quigley Motor Company prior to conversion.
Vehicles
Quigley Motor Company policy is to convert new untitled vehicles only.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR)
Due to weight restrictions, Quigley Motor Company Incorporated does not convert any vehicle under 8600 pound GVWR.
Warranty
All Vehicles Built to U.S. Standards Only.
Retains factory warranty on all unaltered portions of the vehicle. All components supplied by Quigley Motor Company maintain a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty on parts and on labor. Contact your dealer or Quigley Motor Company for a detailed WARRANTY statement. NOTICE: OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT CARRIES ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY.
Extended Warranty
When purchasing extended warranties either from Ford, GM or an aftermarket company, verify in writing that the warranty covers the 4x4 system. In most cases the Ford extended warranty covers only the factory installed components. Quigley Motors does not offer nor does it honor any form of extended warranties.
Weights
Added weights listed per vehicle are an average only. The actual weights and distribution of weights will vary depending on the type of vehicle ordered and the equipment ordered on such vehicle.

Quigley Motor Company reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice or obligation in the price, specification, delivery or material, and to change or discontinue any model without obligation.
Transfer Case
Due to the electronic signal variations in the computer modules of the vans versus the trucks, when the transfer case is engaged in 4 wheel low (4L), the speedometer will read faster than the actual vehicle speed.
